Ts&Cs - Payments on Direct Booking
Payment/Deposit Payment secures your booking.
Weekly lets or longer require a deposit to secure at booking and balance seven days before holiday begins or by agreement.

Weekly Breaks High Season July August
Cancellations are accepted if at least 30 calendar days notice of rental cancellation is given. Deposits are returnable where the house is re-booked at full price by another party. However £100/€115 would be retained to pay for last minute advertising to re-let the house.
All other times
Cancellations are accepted and deposits returned as long as 30 days notice offered. However £100/€115 would be retained to pay for last minute advertising to re-let the house.
ALL other T&Cs , information and ‘house rules’ are as per our Airbnb listing which can be viewed at https://airbnb.com/h/mountain-view-breathtaking-views
The assumption of payment and booking is that you will abide by these T&Cs, information and house rules.
Notes: As a special observation we do not permit ‘parties’ such as Hen/Stag events although we do allow ‘special occasion’ events as long as they remain within house rules. As dog lovers ourselves we have a ‘one small dog’ pet policy as available on the airbnb list. Please note this is a rural location with farm animals nearby. Please keep your four legged friend on a leash outside if it ‘roams’. Please also note our friendly ‘only’ neighbour has a cat. Our garden is not fully enclosed.
For direct bookings we accept payment in Euro or Sterling direct to accounts as below. Please ensure you clearly identify your payment by Name and Arrival date ie SMITH 12.7.24
